Physical Therapy Evaluation

Service Description

Mike will perform a thorough history to discuss the problem you're seeking treatment for. He will perform a thorough examination, and educate you about the findings at the end of the exam. We will discuss treatment options. We may initiate treatment at the initial visit if you choose to do so. Cost: $150 due at time of service
