Initial Evaluation
​A comprehensive history and physical examination to assess the root causes of your symptoms and discuss treatment strategies. We will collaborate to decide a treatment approach based on our clinical expertise and your treatment preferences. Treatment may be initiated on the same day as the initial evaluation.
Manual Therapy
Hands-on therapies directed at joints and soft tissues to help you feel better and move better.
We specialize in numerous therapeutic methods which have stood the test of time and are supported by high quality peer-reviewed scientific literature.
Modalities offered:
Joint mobilization - gentle, rhythmic, oscillating movements directed at joints to help decrease pain and restore movement

Soft tissue mobilization - hands on treatments similar to massage to help normalize muscle activity, increase tissue flexibility, increase circulation, and decrease pain
Muscle energy technique - a technique which involves contracting and relaxing muscles against gentle manual resistance to help normalize muscle activity and motion of spinal joints
Cupping - a technique which involves the use of suction cups placed on the skin, believed to increase circulation and improve the mobility of tissues
Dry Needling
​Dry needling involves the insertion of thin monofilament needles into soft tissues for the treatment of pain and muscle overactivity.

Strength and Flexibility Training
While Mike has the firsthand experience necessary to treat athletic patients, he enjoys working with individuals of all ages and ability levels. He has over 9 years of experience working with individuals aged 15-75 in an outpatient orthopedic setting, helping them to build the strength and flexibility necessary to increase their physical ability.
