How We Work

Peak Wellness offers both in-office physical therapy as well as mobile therapy services depending on your needs.

Mike works with a wide variety of individuals.  In order to better understand the problem you are seeking treatment for and your treatment goals, we are happy to offer a free 15-minute discovery call to help you decide if we are right for you.

Once you've decided that you'd like to proceed, schedule an evaluation with us.  Mike will provide you with an extensive one-on-one evaluation.  At the end of the evaluation, Mike will give you his impression of the issue you're seeking treatment for.  If we think we can help, we will discuss a treatment plan that fits your needs and preferences.  We may initiate treatment at the first visit.  All treatment decisions are collaborative, and we will not pressure you for any type of commitment or obligation.

We are currently out of network with insurance providers.  The patient is responsible for the cost of treatment at the time of booking.  We are able to provide you with a superbill which you can submit to your insurance company.  It is the patient's responsibility to understand their insurance policy.  We are unable to guarantee insurance reimbursement.
